These are important questions to ask to help you get the best experience at the best price. With our All Inclusive Packages, we don’t have hidden charges or high enlargement costs. We provide the quality and variety that you deserve for one great price. We want to make your wedding portraits full of fun and excitement, not regret.

Who will be the Photographer?
  • Until a few months before your wedding, we will not know if Keith, Michele or Caroline will be shooting your wedding. When we decide who is shooting your wedding we factor in several things:

    • How many weddings do we have that day.

    • Where the weddings are located.

    • If we have a history with the family.

    • Our physical/mental health – You could have a substitute if one of us cannot make your wedding.

What times do you shoot?
  • This is important because it will help your day run smoothly.

    • Before the ceremony: We try to arrive 2 hours prior to the wedding.

    • After the ceremony and at the church: Please allow for at least one hour after the receiving line for family and group photos.

    • After the ceremony away from the church – Please allow for one hour plus travel time to get these shots.

    • At the reception – We will be there until 10:00.

Why do you show up 2 hours early?
  • This will allow for lateness on our part or yours. We will do our part to be on time, so please do yours.

  • It allows for us to eliminate the 3-hour picture marathon after your ceremony.

What do you do during that time?
    • We start with the groom and the groomsmen and ushers when we arrive 2 hours early. This will take 30 to 45 minutes.

    • After the photos of the guys, we will start the photos of the bride and the bridesmaids. We like to have at least 45 minutes for this. We will finish with these photos 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Then we will get ready to shoot the ceremony photos.

What happens after the ceremony at the church?
    • We usually do not shoot the receiving line due to the fact you only get to see the back of heads.

    • Remind all family members that you want photos with to stay at the church and to go inside right after the receiving line. This is where we loose relatives!!!! So have someone keep track of them.

    • If you are doing a grand exit (Bubbles, Balloons, Flower Pedals, Fall Leaves), please let us know so we can get photos of this.

    • After the receiving line. We will do family shots, bridal party shots and any re-creation shots we need with the bride and groom.

    • Tell the wedding party to be patient with these shots. You are paying for these portraits to be taken and we have seen too many couples not get the photos they want because the wedding party wants to hit the party wagon. We will have plenty of time for that after we leave the church.

What kind of pictures can you expect?
    • We take between 300 to 600 shots on your wedding day that will be a mix of posed and candid shots.

    • Posed portraits – Most of the portraits before the ceremony and after the ceremony are going to be posed. The cake cutting and the tossing of the bouquet and garter are usually posed.

    • Candid shots – We believe that the candid shots tell the true story. We will try to capture as many candid shots as possible. There will be lots of opportunity for these shots during the ceremony and reception. We will even sneak a few during our pre and post ceremony posed sessions.

What else should you know to make your day go smooth and to get the most for your money:
    • Check with the church and make sure that we can start shooting 2 hours before the ceremony and if we can have the church for an hour after the ceremony.

    • Have the florist there 2 hours early. If the flowers are not there on time, we cannot start pictures on time.

    • Please make transportation arrangements for 45 minutes to an hour after the ceremony ends. This way you are not paying for a limo to sit in the parking lot.

    • Do a grand entrance with introductions instead of a grand march. Everyone is together and mostly sober. If you wait until later in the evening it can take over 30 minutes to organize everyone and most people in the wedding party have been celebrating quite a bit.

    • Cut your cake before dinner. This will allow the cake to be cut while people are eating and will allow it to be served directly after dinner. This will eliminate having 100 slices of cake going to waste.

    • Do maid of honor and best man toasts during dinner.

    • Mingle when you have finished eating. This will allow you the time to dance with family and friends later in the evening.

    • Have the DJ do your festive activities early in the evening while you have a group to watch and participate. We’ve seen too many times when they have waited for the garter and bouquet and the dollar dance and there have only been a few people left to participate. We’re with you until 10:00 so it’s not like we’re trying to get out early.

    • The most important tip of all… Have fun and let your entire planning take its course. It’s your day and we’re here to help it go smooth!

    2. How much time do you allow for the photo shoot?
    3. How many wardrobe changes do you allow?
    4. Do you allow for outdoor locations?  If so, is there a charge?
    5. Do I get to choose my outdoor locations?
    6. Do you charge extra if I want to have my picture taken with a friend or family member?
    7. How long after my photo shoot does it take to see my proofs?
    8. How many proofs do you provide?
    9. Is there a charge for me to keep my proofs?
    10. Do you charge extra to do minor touch-ups on my proofs?
    11. What is the cost for wallets, 5x7’s, 8x10’s and other enlargements?

    12. Is there an additional charge if I want a different pose for my enlargements? (i.e. one pose for 5x7 and a different pose for 8x10)

    13. Do you charge to add my name and graduation year on to my wallets?
    14. Is there a fee for Sepia or Black and White photos?
    15. What is the average final cost for most of your graduation clients?

    16. Do you gaurantee satisfaction?  If so, how?

These are important questions to ask to help you get the best experience at the best price.  Some studios will offer you a low sitting fee and then charge a higher rate for the enlargements and wallets.  This will make you feel like you are getting a great deal until you place your order and find out that you are way over budget.  With our All Inclusive Packages, we don’t have these hidden charges.  We provide the quality and variety that you deserve for one great price.  We want to make your senior portrait experience full of fun and excitement, not regret.

Can I have a friend come with me?
Friends are encouraged. They can help bring out your true smile. They can also make it more fun. We'll even snap a few buddy shots if you want.
Can I have pictures with other family members?
The more the merrier. It's your time, so if you want a few pictures with your family, that is fine with us.
What should I wear?
Remember that these pictures are for you... and your family members. Your grandparents may not approve of some of the clothes that you wear, so keep them in mind and wear at least one outfit that they will be proud to hang on their wall.
Do you provide props?
We have a limited amount of props for our seniors. The photos are about you and the things you have, not about what I have. I do not want a hundred seniors out there posing on the same graduation numbers or sitting bench. So the more you bring, the more your photos will look like you.
What should I bring with me for additional props?
Class rings, letterman jackets, sports items and jerseys, instruments, ski's, paintball gear, etc. Basically anything that defines who you are!
What else am I forgetting?
Hair spray, gel, brush, comb, bobby pins, hair ties, dress shoes, belt, tie... all the things I have heard people say “Opps, I forgot to bring.....”
I wear glasses, what should I do?
If you do not wear contacts as well, you will want to look at getting a pair of frames without lenses in them. Most eye care specialists will loan you a pair for the day.
Can I bring my favorite pet?
Yes you can. They are a special part of your life and unfortunately they won't be around as long as we want them to be. If you bring them, they can live forever with you in your portraits.
Do you pick my outdoor locations?
We have lots of suggestions if you don't have somewhere in mind. I am game to go almost anywhere for a great shot. So if you have somewhere you would really like to go just let me know and we'll try to make it happen.

General FAQ's:

Do I have to choose a package?

No you do not. The packages are designed to save you money. You can pay by the hour and purchase ala carte prints.

Do you travel?

We travel all over the nation. Just let us know where you want us to be and we'll be there. Of course there may be some travel fees involved.

What should we wear?
Try to avoid overly trendy clothing. But were what you want your portraits to reflect. I can't make plain white T's and jeans look formal. I can make them look casual and relaxed. Everyone in the photo does not have to be dressed the same to get a nice portrait.
